Fraud
Fraud is always a problem in any field of business. There is always a chance of someone wanting to scam your company.
Typically fraud can be things such as,
You sell something and deliver it but don't get paid,
You buy something but it doesn't arrive.
These are the most common problems for people buying and selling online. Although nearly all transactions will go through without any problems. If problems do arise with a suspected fraud case then action needs to be taken quickly.
If you are setting up a site with a store where payment is taken through sites such as PayPal then you will need to notify them of any problems you encounter. They can then resolve the situation by contacting the buyer. Often the problem may be something simple such as incorrect card details or an expired card.
