Internal Links
Internal links are how viewers of your website navigate around it. All the main pages of your website should be navigatable from every page.
Some pages however will not be, for example if you open a page about a brand of product, in this page may be links to each product of this brand. You would not want a link to every product of every brand on each page. These are known as sublinks.
