FAQ's
Having an FAQ (frequently asked questions) page on your site can save you alot of time. Think of it as employing an extra person to answer those questions you recieve over and over again. The more information you can put on this page, the less questions you will have to answer.
People may also not want to ask questions which they think may be obvious, meaning an FAQ page can also answer question people may feel hesitant to ask.
An FAQ page will usually be split up into seperate topics, making it easier for viewers of the site to navigate through the page.
